Your Devotional message for 26th April 2021
Scripture:
“See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil” (Ephesians 5:15-16).
Explanation:
We have discussed earlier that Life is spiritual. It is wrong to think that the environment is not influenced by Spiritual forces. In fact, a significant part of our health and wellbeing are under the influences of these spiritual forces – God’s Kingdom and the demonic spirits. There was a story of a man I heard as he woke up, felt something strange in His body and end up spending over 3 months in the Hospital with strange diseases of unknown etiology. He could no longer retain his full daily functions. Despite attempt to find the cause of his abnormal functions with imaging of the body, all were normal. Unfortunately, his body could no longer return to normal.
Have you ever experience, a sudden pain on your body, or a small invisible object touched you, if care is not taken, the place start swelling up or experience excruciating pain. People have died because of such experience. This is an arrow of darkness. Jesus Christ said that: The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly (John 10:10, NKJV).
Spiritually, this a mark of attack of an evil arrow, precisely the Arrow of darkness (Arrow of Infirmity). In those days, the mark of a mighty warriors is the arrow. Likewise, one of the spiritual weapons or devices use by the devil and his agents are the Arrow of darkness (Arrow of Infirmity is purposed to cause serious sickness ). The demonic Kingdom’s agendas upon mankind are to steal, to kill and destroy. The scripture tells us that “See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil” (Ephesians 5:15-16). Do you know that the World is under the rage of Satan with evil and wickedness rampaging lives of people?
The Psalmist in said in Psalm 57: 4 that “my soul is among lions; I lie among the sons of men who are set on fire, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword. Furthermore, hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, from the rebellion of the workers of iniquity, who sharpen their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows—bitter words, that they may shoot in secret at the blameless;
Suddenly they shoot at him and do not fear (Psalm 64:2-4).
There are different kind of arrows used by wicked. Here will look at those that relate to health. Examples are: There is arrow of infirmity, anger and hatred, unexplainable health problems, untimely death, untimely death, suicide, addictions, arrow of confusion, dream oppression, torment, arrow of paralysis, arrow of stagnancy.
What steps can you take against suspected evil arrow? Following seeing your doctor, you must also address the arrow by:
Step 1: You must plead the blood of Jesus Christ.
Step 2: You must engage in spiritual warfare.
Step 3: Send the arrow back to sender:
God also uses Arrow in His Anger when He has been provoked to jealousy by His enemy and to deliver His people. ‘I will heap disasters on them; I will spend My arrows on them (Deuteronomy 32:23).
Step 4: Thank God for your deliverance.
Step 5: Therefore, we must take on the whole armour of God. Therefore, take up the whole armour of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand (Ephesians 6:13, NKJV).

Confession:
Thank you, my Father, for giving me the grace to be an overcome. I command strangers to leave my body. Arrow of darkness be destroyed by Fire of the Holy Ghost. The word of God is in my mouth. For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, it is piercing even to the division of my soul and spirit, and of my joints and marrow, and is a discerner of my thoughts and intents of the heart.
I prosper in all my ways and have good success daily, monthly and all years to the Glory of God in the name of Jesus. My body is healthy and strong. I refuse sickness, diseases, and evils of this world. I exercise my dominion over devil and the cohorts of darkness. From today I declare my victory and protection in the name of Jesus.
