Your Devotional message for 8th May 2021
Scripture:
“And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day (Deuteronomy 8:18 NKJV).
Explanation;
In today Daily Meditation, we will be studying The Power of God which is His Divine Power that has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness. Jesus Christ took our place and nailed upon the Cross not only our sins, but also sickness and diseases, poverty and redeemed us from evil and condemnation of this World. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new (2 Corinthians 5:17, NKJV).
We discussed earlier that it is God that God us power to get wealth. “And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day (Deuteronomy 8:18, NKJV). The Power of God is the anointing of the Holy Ghost and can cause wealth upon your life. Why is this that a proportion of believers could not position themselves in getting competitive advantage of Abrahamic blessing despite access to the anointing and the Power of Christ? This observation can only be explained by the Word of the Lord. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. This is the knowledge of the Word of God: To us God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossian 1:27). If you are born again you have received the Holy Ghost. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Might or Power. And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all (Acts 4:33, NKJV).
Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust
(2 Peter 1:2-4, NKJV).

The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit man, soul, and body. I prosper in my spirit, soul and body and other areas of life as well as health even as my soul prospers in all my ways and have good success daily, monthly and all years to the Glory of God in the name of Jesus.
