Your Devotional Message for 8th November
Scripture:
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God (Romans 8:14).
Explanation:
Have you ever been faced with a difficult decision to make in your life as a child of God? You need the leading of the Holy Spirit. We will continue in our Daily Meditation today, day 8 of 30 days of our new series called living ‘the Higher spiritual life in Christ Jesus’ in which we have been called. We will meditate on being led by the Holy Spirit.
It is impossible to live a higher dimension of life in Christ without the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God. Jesus was constantly being filled with the Holy Spirit as well as been led by the Holy Spirit. In was on one occasion led into the wilderness. Then Jesus, being filled with the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness (Luke 4:1, NKJV).
Training your spirit to be conscious and be led by the Holy Spirit is crucial to live the Higher spiritual life in Christ. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God (Romans 8:14). It must be by faith. After you are born again, it is your spirit that is born again, and not your mind or body and you can relate to God by your Human Spirit by the help of the Holy Spirit. The spirit of a man is the lamp of the Lord, Searching all the inner depths of his heart (Proverbs 20:27).

A case study of Philip meeting a man of Ethiopia:
“Then the Spirit said to Philip, “Go near and overtake this chariot.”
So Philip ran to him, and heard him reading the prophet Isaiah, and said, “Do you understand what you are reading?”(Acts 8:29-30)
Have you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour?
Today, let me challenge you that Jesus Christ has paid the price and wants you to be his disciple. If you are yet to receive Christ Jesus, do so today by repenting from all your sins and accept Him as Your Lord and saviour.

Faith Confession of the Month:
Our Father, thank you, for another day. I shall be glad and rejoice in You. Thank you for salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, and supernatural ability at work in me. And I declare boldly that I am aglow and strong in the spirit, filled with wisdom of God; and the grace of God is upon me (Luke 2:40). The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the spirit through the Word of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit. I have the glory of God. I declare that my spiritual ears, eyes, and other spiritual senses are exercised for His divine revelations.
It is written, “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I operate with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the great power of God.
I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Glory be to God!
