Your Devotional message for 7th May 2021
Scripture:
“And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day (Deuteronomy 8:18 NKJV).
Explanation;
In the society today, many Christians struggle financially and, in their prosperity living despite of the promises of God making them heirs of Abrahamic blessing. In today Daily Meditation, we study The Power for wealth. “And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day (Deuteronomy 8:18 NKJV). The Power of God is the anointing of the Holy Ghost and can cause wealth upon your life. Why is this that a proportion of believers could not position themselves in getting competitive advantage of Abrahamic blessing despite access to the anointing and the Power of Christ? This observation can only be explained by the Word of the Lord. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me (Hosea 4:6a). Knowledge is power. Yes, however, the knowledge, Power and Faith to receive this Promise of God is indispensable. Understand, then, that those who have faith are children of Abraham (Galatians 3:7).
God desires in the prosperity of your spirit, soul and body and other areas of life: Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers (3 John 2, NKJV). It is important to study and meditate upon the blessing.
One of the fundamental principles of financial wealth in God’s Kingdom is to understand the Power to get wealth. God will release this power on your seed. Many things in life are your seed – The word of God is a seed sown in your heart, your gift in use, your business starts as a seed. Imagine a farmer planting a seed into a fertile ground with water and nutrients. It is natural and spiritual law that:
“While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter, and summer,
And day and night Shall not cease” (Genesis 8:22). Therefore, you must plant your seed before you expect a harvest. Jesus came as a seed prophesied by God in Genesis 3:15 – And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed;
He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.”
And God can make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.

The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit man, soul, and body. I prosper in my spirit, soul and body and other areas of life as well as health even as my soul prospers in all my ways and have good success daily, monthly and all years to the Glory of God in the name of Jesus.
