Your Devotional message for 7th April 2022
Scripture:
But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises (Hebrews 8:6).
Explanation:
In the Old Covenant, the Jews would make offering such as sin offering, peace offering, or burnt offering to the Lord on the altar. This is a prototype of what Christ came to do in the New Testament. He offered Himself to death on the Cross, once and for all. His blood was shed for the attestation of the New Covenant. This ensures that the old sacrificial offering is no more a requirement for us today. For this is My covenant with them when I take away their sins (Romans 11:27).Thanks be to Jesus Who became the Lamb on the Cross for sacrifices for Mankind sins.
In today Daily Meditation, day 7of the 30days of the month of March, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our new series the ‘The Blood of Jesus Christ’ – The Power of the New Covenant.
We will discover as we meditate on the Mystery that is in the Blood of Jesus for the New Covenant. For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins (Matthew 26:28).
By so much more Jesus has become a surety of a better covenant (Hebrews 7:22).
In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me”(1Corinthians 11:25).
But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, in as much as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises (Hebrews 8:6).
For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people (Hebrews 8:10).
In conclusion, know that whatever situation you are faced, it may look so terrible. Be aware of the Power of Covenant with God. Do not loose heart. Break evil covenant working against your life. For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your prayer and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:19, NKJV).

Today, let me challenge you that Jesus Christ came for your salvation and to give you freely Eternal life. If you are yet to receive Christ, do so today by repentance from all your sins and confess Jesus Christ as Your Lord and saviour.

Our Father, thank you for the blood of Jesus Christ of everlasting covenant. Thanks be to God for my salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, eternal life, and supernatural ability at work in me. The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the Power of the Holy Spirit. I am more than a conqueror every day of my life. I function in the Powerful name of Jesus with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders.
It is written, “And my speech and my preaching will not be with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I have the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. My life is prospering, flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

1. Thanks be to God for the New Covenant attested through the precious Blood of Christ
2. O Lord I praylet the blood of Jesus speak against hidden evil and wickedness planned against me.
3. Evil agenda of the wicked receive Fire of destruction in the name of Jesus. 4. We pray for peace of God to reign in the Nations of Russia and Ukraine threatened by war right now.
