Your Devotional message for 6th August 2022
Scripture:
Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 6 of the 31 days of the month of July, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The exceedingly great promises of God’ – Power and Authority.
The Bible contains many exceedingly great promises of God. One of the exceedingly great promises of God to His children or disciples of Christ is Power and Authority. He who scatters has come up before your face. Man the fort! Watch the road! Strengthen your flanks! Fortify your power mightily (Nahum 2:1). Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19). The power and authority are required for your daily weapons against the powers of darkness in all their ramifications. You need power of the Holy Spirit to be a witness in the World, to heal the sick and to cast out demons.
Paul wrote to Peter that “Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust” (2 Peter 1:3-4).

Thanks be to God for my salvation, divine health, grace, glory, provision, protection, eternal life, healings, and supernatural ability at work in me. With the help of the Anointing of God, I operate in the Higher dimension of the Spirit and Power of God. I am more than a conqueror every day of my life. I function in the Powerful name of Jesus with great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. Infirmity in my body be scattered and be destroyed by Fire. I cast you out. Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness. I have the Anointing therefore I prosper, I continue prospering, until I become very prosperous. I flourish in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

2. My Father in this month, I decree and declare that I receive power, riches, and wisdom,
and strength, honour, glory, and blessing.
3. We pray and agree for peace of God to reign in the Nations of Russia and Ukraine under war right now.
