The benefits of Salvation

Scripture:
That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:9-10, NKJV).

Explanation
The salvation of man is by faith in Christ Jesus and provides deliverance from sin and its consequences on mankind. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23, NKJV). God is the God of our salvation.
Following the fall of Adam and Eve, God had to make plan for salvation of mankind. The old way of sacrifice for sins – sin offering was not able to resolve the sins of man on the altar. Then you shall kill the bull before the Lord, by the door of the tabernacle of meeting. You shall take some of the blood of the bull and put it on the horns of the altar with your finger and pour all the blood beside the base of the altar (Exodus 29:11-12, NKJV). The ultimate action for atonement for sins was done as the priest shall make atonement for you, to cleanse you, that you may be clean from all your sins before the Lord (Leviticus 16:30, NKJV).
The scriptures highlighted different forms of sins. There are various sins and other forms of sins such as iniquity, transgression, trespass, and blasphemy. All unrighteousness is sin and there is sin not leading to death (1 John 5:15, NKJV). How many are my iniquities and sins? Make me know my transgression and my sin (Job 13:23, NKJV). Trespass for instance occurs If a person sins in hearing the utterance of an oath, and is a witness, whether he has seen or known of the matter—if he does not tell it, he bears guilt (Leviticus 5:1, NKJV). For instance, Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is not forgiven. The iniquity is a serious inner sin of the heart. This has serious implications as God keeps mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and the children’s children to the third and the fourth generation.”(Exodus 34:7, NKJV).
We saw the consequences of Adamic sin that brought death penalty. However, Jesus was an expression of the Love of God and God gave Himself as a ransom for the sins of man.
For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17, NKJV). God loves the World and gives Jesus for our salvation. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16, NKJV).
This why John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! (John 1:29, NKJV). His death, burial, resurrection was purposeful to buy us back from the law of sins and death. To receive salvation is by faith in Christ. That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:9-10, NKJV).
Salvation gives you access to be called adopted son. In Christ you have peace with God. We are redeemed from curses, power of sins and death. We are translated from darkness to light. This gives us access to the blessing of God. In this blessing, we have the Life of God. The Holy Spirit is the Power of resurrection and can give life to you spirit, soul, and body. Glory be to God.

Confession:
The word of God is in my mouth. For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, it is piercing even to the division of my soul and spirit, and of my joints and marrow, and is a discerner of my thoughts and intents of the heart.
I prosper in all my ways and have good success daily, monthly and all years to the Glory of God in the name of Jesus. My body is healthy and strong. I refuse sickness, diseases, and evils of this world. I exercise my dominion over devil and the cohorts of darkness. From today I declare my victory and protection in the name of Jesus.

Further Reading scriptures to meditate:
There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death (Romans 8:1-2, NKJV).

But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies [through His Spirit who dwells in you (Romans 8:1-2, NKJV).
