The walk of faith
The walk of faith

Your Devotional Message for 5th November

Scripture:
Now the just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him (Hebrews 10:38).
Explanation:
We will take a further quantum leap in our Daily Meditation today, day 5 of 30 days of our new series called living ‘the Higher spiritual life in Christ Jesus’ in which we have been call to. We explore further on the walk of faith as a vital tool for us to attain the Higher spiritual life in Christ Jesus. Now the just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him (Hebrews 10:38). Faith is a currency of the Kingdom of God in as much as God operates by faith. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:6). But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He rewards those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6).
The Word of God only actualize faith:
By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible (Hebrews 11:3). God has provided His Word from the book of Genesis to Revelation.
Faith is acting on the promises of God:
Faith is not completely the same as believe. Do you know that Demons believe that God exist? Faith goes beyond believing. For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness” (Romans 4:3, NKJV). Abraham did not operate by works but by Faith. He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God (Romans 4:20).
Here are a few other examples of the scriptures expounding on Higher Spiritual life in Christ Jesus:
Faith increases by the Knowledge by the Word of God:
So, Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says (Mark 11:22-23).
Have you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour?
Today, let me challenge you that the Jesus Christ has paid the price and wants you to be his disciple. If you are yet to receive Christ Jesus, do so today by repenting from all your sins and accept Him as Your Lord and saviour.
Thanks be to God for His fullness, grace and His victory. Glory be to God!
In the Month of November 2021, do not miss any day as we meditate on ‘Higher Spiritual life in Christ’
Faith Confession of the Month:

Our Father, thank you, for another day. I shall be glad and rejoice in You. Thank you for salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, and supernatural ability at work in me. And I declare boldly that I am aglow and strong in the spirit, filled with wisdom of God; and the grace of God is upon me (Luke 2:40). The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the spirit through the Word of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit. I have the glory of God. I declare that my spiritual ears, eyes, and other spiritual senses are exercised for His divine revelations.
It is written, “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I operate with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the great power of God.
I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Glory be to God!
Further Reading scriptures to meditate:
For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also (James 2:26).
