Your Devotional Message for 4th December
Scripture:
The Lord is with me; he is my helper. I look in triumph on my enemies (Psalm 118:7).
Explanation:
Today is day 4 of 30 days on our new series called ‘Victory in Christ Jesus’ throughout the month of December.The purpose of this series is to apply knowledge of taking hold of the Victory purchased through the blood of Jesus by faith.But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57). In today Daily Meditation, we will meditate on scriptureson the victory in Christ Jesus by the Holy Spirit Who is Our Helper.The Lord is with me; he is my helper. I look in triumph on my enemies (Psalm 118:7).Jesus said that “But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me (John 15:26).
The Presence and the Power of the Holy Spirit brings manifestation of the Acts and Works of God through the Anointing. Such is the victory through any battle of life you might be facing. Likewise, the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered (Romans 8:26).
In Luke 5:17-18, Prior to Jesus Christ healing the Paralytic, the power of the Holy Spirit was present to heal the sicks. “Then behold, men brought on a bed a man who was paralyzed, whom they sought to bring in and lay before Him. Jesus Christ healed this man of paralysis.” This was exactly the case when the multitudes saw this power demonstrated as he healed the Paralytic, they marvelled and glorified God, who had given such power to men (Matthew 9:8).

The Holy Spirit is the Power that heals the sicks, works miracles, signs, and wonders.
“And He was handed the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was written: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the broken heartedness, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord”. ”Then He closed the book and gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all who were in the synagogue were fixed on Him” (Luke 4:17-19, NKJV).
Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord (James 5:14, NKJV).
There are other ways that God uses which is beyond the scope of today’s message. The presence of God produces Joy, Strength, Power in the inner man, Divine health, and Healings. You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore (Psalms 16:11, NKJV).
The Glory contains the presence, power, and the manifestation of His works so that His people become glorified. Now the glory of the Lord rested on Mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days. And on the seventh day He called to Moses out of the midst of the cloud. The sight of the glory of the Lord was like a consuming fire on the top of the mountain in the eyes of the children of Israel (Exodus 24:16-17, NKJV).
Have you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour?
Today, let me challenge you that Jesus Christ has paid the price and wants you to be his disciple. If you are yet to receive Christ Jesus, do so today by repenting from all your sins and accept Him as Your Lord and saviour.

Faith Confession of the Month:
Our Father, thank you, for another day. I shall be glad and rejoice in You. Thank you for salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, and supernatural ability at work in me. And I declare boldly that I am aglow and strong in the spirit, filled with wisdom of God; and the grace of God is upon me (Luke 2:40). The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the spirit through the Word of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit. I have victory every day of my life.
I operate with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the great power of God. It is written, “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Glory be to God!
