By the walk of faith
By the walk of faith

Your Devotional Message for 3rd December

Scripture:

For we walk by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7).

Explanation:

We are grateful to God for seeing another day giving the Pandemic that has affected many lives. We thank God for giving us the grace to be overcomer and be counted among the living. We are meditating on scriptures on our new series called ‘Victory in Christ Jesus’ throughout the month of December and today is day 3 of 30 days. The purpose of this series is to apply knowledge of taking hold of the Victory purchased through the blood of Jesus by faith. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57). In today Daily Meditation, we will meditate on victory in Christ Jesus by the walk of your faith. For we walk by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7).

“And what more shall I say? For the time would fail me to tell of Gideon and Barak and Samson and Jephthah, also of David and Samuel and the prophets: who through faith subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, became valiant in battle, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. Women received their dead raised to life again” (Hebrews 11:32-35).

Faith is the currency that allows you to access the victory purchased by the blood of Christ. A woman with the issue touched Jesus and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction” (Mark 5:34).

Here are a few other examples of the  scriptureson the word of God that you must respond by faith:

God is our Shield:

As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him (2 Samuel 22:31).

God is our rock, fortress and our deliverer and Our Refuge:

The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my [strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold (Psalm 2).

Abiding in His secret place and under His shadow:

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High, shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust (Psalms 91:1-2).

By faith, we give God the glory that Eternal Life is in you and  the ability of God’s grace shall be multiplied in you to hear and see from the Spirit, the Revelation of the Word.

Have you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour?

Today, let me challenge you that Jesus Christ has paid the price and wants you to be his disciple. If you are yet to receive Christ Jesus, do so today by repenting  from all your sins and accept  Him as Your Lord and saviour.

Thanks be to God for His fullness,  grace and His victory. Glory be to God!

In the Month of December 2021, do not miss any day as  we  meditate on ‘Victory in Christ’

Faith Confession of the Month:

Our Father, thank you, for another day. I shall be glad and rejoice in You. Thank you for salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, and supernatural ability at work in me. And I declare boldly that I am aglow and strong in the spirit, filled with wisdom of God; and the grace of God is upon me (Luke 2:40). The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the spirit through the Word of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit. I have victory every day of my life.

I operate with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my  Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the great power of God. It is written, “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance  and victory  are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Glory be to God!
