Scripture:
“There is no one like the God of Jeshurun, Who rides the heavens to help you, And in His excellency on the clouds (Deuteronomy 33:26).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 29 of 31 days of the month of December, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘Arise and shine’.
In today’s Daily Meditation we will discuss and meditate on ‘Arise and shine’ – My helpers arise. Jesus said “And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever” (John 14:16).
While someone might be looking for help from someone, you must realise that God is the ultimate Help in the times of need. The scripture says “There is no one like the God of Jeshurun, Who rides the heavens to help you, And in His excellency on the clouds (Deuteronomy 33:26).
And he said, “If the Lord does not help you, where can I find help for you? From the threshing floor or from the winepress?” (2 Kings 6:27).
Uzziah is an example of a King helped because He sought the Lord in Israel.
He sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God; and as long as he sought the Lord, God made him prosper (2 Chronicles 26:5).
God helped him against the Philistines, against the Arabians who lived in Gur Baal, and against the Meunites. Also, the Ammonites brought tribute to Uzziah. His fame spread as far as the entrance of Egypt, for he became exceedingly strong (2 Chronicles 26:7-8).
May you receive the power and the supernatural grace of God that will make you to reign in life in the name of Jesus.
