Your Devotional message for 28th June 2021
Scripture:
I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke (Acts 2:19).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, we will be exploring one of the dimensions of the operation of the Great Power of God which is the Power for Signs and Wonders of God. This is day 28 of 30 days of the Great Power of God program. The anointing of the Holy Ghost is the operating Power that causes Signs and Wonders outside the will of man but of God. We serve a Mighty God with awesome and powerful acts.
He sent signs and wonders into the midst of you, O Egypt, Upon Pharaoh and all his servants (Psalm 135:9). The story of how the Jews received deliverance from over 400 years of slavery and captivity is a very intrigued Acts full of Signs and Wonders of God. See what God said to Moses: “And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart and multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt. But Pharaoh will not heed you, so that I may lay My hand on Egypt and bring My armies and My people, the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt by great judgments” (Exodus 7:3-4). And the Lord showed signs and wonders before our eyes, great and severe, against Egypt, Pharaoh, and all his household (Deuteronomy 6:22).
The Holy Spirit does the Works: Jesus confirmed that The Holy Spirit does all their works: The Holy Spirit is the Executor for Signs and Wonders. Jesus said that:
Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works (John 14:10).
Expect Signs and Wonders of God in an atmosphere of His Glory:
So, the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm, with great terror and with signs and wonders (Deuteronomy 26:8).
Signs and Wonders of God accompanies an Outpouring of the Holy Spirit:
The prophetic utterance says that God will pour out His Spirit and the subsequent will be

Blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord (Acts 2:19-20).
Use the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth for Signs and Wonders:
By stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus (Acts 4:30).
The Power for Healings, Signs and Wonders is in the hands:
Therefore, Jesus Christ said that you will lay hands on the sick. If you are anointed of God, the Mystery is that your body carries the anointing (Holy Spirit and the Fire), so also your head, eyes, mouth, tongues, your hands, and fingers. Therefore, the hands are where the power of God will flow as you lay hands or stretch to the body of the sick.
And through the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people. And they were all with one accord in Solomon’s Porch (Acts 5:12).
Signs and Wonders help to convict unbelievers:
After the Pentecost this was the aftermath. Truly the signs of an apostle were accomplished among you with all perseverance, in signs and wonders and mighty deeds (2 Corinthians 12:12). Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles (Acts 2:43).
It must be emphasized that such as God works signs and Wonders, the working of Satan can be accompanied by signs and lying wonders also. The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders (2 Thessalonians 2:9). Cautions must be taken to discern the Spirit in operation.
Study and meditate on the Word of God. Pray in the Spirit often. Expect and Ask God to manifest His Glory and Angelic ministration.

Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me. I operate in the great Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles and signs and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the power of God.
I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in other areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers in all my ways. Prosperity and success are
