Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 28 of 28 days of the month of February, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The Ministry of the Word of God’ – The Word of the Lord by His prophet and Thanksgiving.
Today is the end of the month. As the scripture says “To the end that my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever” (Psalm 30:12).
We give thanks to You, O God, we give thanks! For Your wondrous works declare that Your name is near (Psalm 75:1).
It is worth pointing that we can receive a word from the Lord by His prophets. And He sent word by the hand of Nathan the prophet: So, he called his name Jedidiah, because of the Lord (2 Samuel 12:25).
However, we must seek to obey the word of the Lord as disobedience may bring the wrath of God.
Yes, they made their hearts like flint, refusing to hear the law and the words which the Lord of hosts had sent by His Spirit through the former prophets. Thus, great wrath came from the Lord of hosts (Zechariah 7:12).
