Riches and honour are with me, Enduring riches and righteousness (Proverbs 18:8).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 27 of 31 days of the month of August, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The blessing of the Lord’ – Wisdom for riches and honour.
The book of Proverbs is full of wisdom of God for different aspects of life. Such is the embodiment of wisdom with riches and honour. The word of God is not only wisdom of God but also a source of deriving wisdom. This is our contemplation and meditation today as we round up in the chosen topic – the blessing of the Lord.
Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom; I am understanding, I have strength. By me kings reign, And rulers decree justice. By me princes rule, and nobles, All the judges of [c]the earth. I love those who love me, and those who seek me diligently will find me. Riches and honour are with me, enduring riches and righteousness. My fruit is better than gold, yes, than fine gold, and my revenue than choice silver (Proverbs 8:14-19).
Then Isaac sowed in that land and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous; for he had possessions of flocks and possessions of herds and a great number of servants. So, the Philistines envied him (Genesis 26:2-4).
May you receive a dumbfounding blessing and an open heaven in this month, an encounter that brings transformation and restoration in your life and you will be distinguished in life in the name of Jesus.

Infirmity in my body be scattered and be destroyed by Fire. I cast you out. Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). Prosperity is mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
