Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 27 of 30 days of the month of September, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The Seven Spirits of God’ – Dealing with wicked counsel.
Yesterday we discussed that there is the counsel of the Lord and there is a wicked counsel that is foolish and destructive. The Spirit of counsel of the Lord will never lead you wrong. It is an instruction that we must deal with wicked counsel of the enemy of our life and frustrate their devices from accomplishment. This can be through Prayer and fasting, using the Word of God to combat their counsel.

I will bless the Lord who has given me counsel; My heart also instructs me in the night seasons (Psalm 16:7).
Examples of Dealing with the counsel of the wicked:
Then someone told David, saying, “Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom.” And David said, “O Lord, I pray, turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness!” (2 Samuel 15:31).
Take counsel together, but it will come to nothing; Speak the word, but it will not stand, For God is with us” (Isaiah 8:10).
And He said to me: “Son of man, these are the men who devise iniquity and give wicked counsel in this city, who say, ‘The time is not near to build houses; this city is the caldron, and we are the meat.’ Therefore, prophesy against them, prophesy, O son of man!” (Ezekiel 11:2-4).
May you receive a dumbfounding blessing and an open heaven in this month, an encounter that brings transformation and restoration in your life and you will be distinguished in life in the name of Jesus.
