Your Devotional message for 27th June 2021
Scripture:
“And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day (Deuteronomy 8:18).
Explanation:
This is day 27 of 30 days of the Great Power of God program. Today in our Daily Meditation, we will be exploring one of the dimensions of the operation of the Great Power of God which is the Power for wealth and Prosperity.
In today Daily Meditation, we will study and meditate on the Power for wealth and Prosperity. The true Power for wealth and prosperity in life resides with God. “And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day (Deuteronomy 8:18 NKJV). The anointing of the Holy Ghost is the operating Power that causes wealth upon your life.
God called Abraham and blessed him. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed” (Genesis 12:2-3). The blessing of the Lord is the anointing that makes one to prosper and be rich. The Knowledge of how to access the blessing is crucial for the believers. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me (Hosea 4:6a). Yes, however, the knowledge, Power and Faith to receive this Promise of God is indispensable. Understand, then, that those who have faith are children of Abraham (Galatians 3:7).
In addition, the story of the wealth of Solomon resonates very much to me because He sought the God before the tabernacle of the Lord and offered a thousand burnt offerings on it. On that night God appeared to him and God asked him whatever he desired (2 Chronicles 1:5-7). Solomon requested that “now give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people; for who can judge this great people of Yours?” (2 Chronicles 1:10). God told Solomon that “wisdom and knowledge are granted to you; and I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings have had who were before you, nor shall any after you have the like” (2 Chronicles 1:12).
God desires in the prosperity of your spirit, soul and body and other areas of life: Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers (3 John 2, NKJV). It is important to study and meditate upon the blessing.
One of the fundamental principles of financial wealth in God’s Kingdom is to understand the Power to get wealth. God will release this power on your seed. Many things in life are your seed – The word of God is a seed sown in your heart, your giving, your gift in use, your business starts as a seed. Imagine a farmer planting a seed into a fertile ground with water and nutrients. He will reap a harvest. It is natural and spiritual law that:
“While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter, and summer,
And day and night Shall not cease” (Genesis 8:22). Therefore, you must plant your seed before you expect a harvest. Jesus came as a seed prophesied by God in Genesis 3:15 – And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed;
He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.” In Christ Jesus we as Christians are given by faith access to Abrahamic blessing. And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise (Galatians 3:29).
For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich (2 Corinthians 8:9). And God can make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.
Study and meditate on the Word of God. Plant your seed with expectation for an harvest.

Thank you, Lord for the Spirit of wisdom, knowledge and understanding at work in me. It is written “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me. I operate in the great Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles and signs and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the power of God.
I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in other areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers in all my ways. Prosperity and success are
