Scripture:
Now the boy Samuel ministered to the Lord before Eli. And the word of the Lord was rare in those days; there was no widespread revelation (1 Samuel 3:1).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 26 of 31 days of the month of March we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The Lord, the Revealer of the secrets’. –
Through Samuel
We continue this subject of ‘The Lord, the Revealer of the secrets’ and today we will meditate on Samuel’s encounter with the Almighty God for our learning.
The birth and encounters that Samuel had at his youth were extraordinary exceptionally the Word of the Lord was not yet revealed to Him while serving as a young priest under Eli. Now the boy Samuel ministered to the Lord before Eli. And the word of the Lord was rare in those days; there was no widespread revelation (1 Samuel 3:1).
When the Lord appeared to Samuel:
Then the Lord called yet again, “Samuel!” So, Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said, “Here I am, for you called me.” He answered, “I did not call, my son; lie down again.” 7 (Now Samuel did not yet know the Lord, nor was the word of the Lord yet revealed to him.) 8 And the Lord called Samuel again the third time. So, he arose and went to Eli, and said, “Here I am, for you did call me.” Then Eli perceived that the Lord had called the boy (1 Samuel 3:6-8). Now the Lord came and stood and called as at other times, “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel answered, “Speak, for Your servant hears” (1 Samuel 3:10).
May you receive the revelation knowledge of God that brings the prosperity of God that will make you distinguished in life in the name of Jesus. We will pray to our God for his protection, provision, guidance, mercy, and grace.

Let us pray today: May you experience the fullness of God that brings supernatural manifestation of wisdom, healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
