Your Devotional message for 26th May 2022
Scripture:
For I am the Lord who heals you (Exodus 15:26b).
Explanation:
I hope you have been following from the beginning of this series. God revealed Himself to Moses and the Israel following triumph over Pharaoh as the Healer (Jehovah Rapha). God healed many in the Old Testament. Though, Holy Spirit was not given freely as after Christ. However, as a believer, it is your duty, to enforce or appropriate your right to be healthy physically, mentally, and spiritually by faith using authority.
My prayer to you as you read this edition of Daily Meditation is that His healing anointing will flow through you and your body, soul and spirit be healed in the name of Jesus.
In today Daily Meditation, day 26 of the 31 days of the month of May, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our new series ‘God is The Healer’ -Healings in Old Testament part 1
A few examples of the scriptures on Healings in Old Testament part 1
God revealed Himself as Jehovah Rapha:
And said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you” (Exodus 15:26).
Circumcision in the Wilderness:
So it was, when they had finished circumcising all the people, that they stayed in their places in the camp till they were healed (Joshua 5:8).
Naaman healed of Leprosy:
So, he went down and dipped seven times in the Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God; and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.
He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions (Psalm 107:20)
Isaiah’s prophecy:
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Thanks be to God for my salvation, divine health, grace, glory, provision, protection, eternal life, healings, and supernatural ability at work in me. The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the Spirit and Power of God. I am more than a conqueror every day of my life. I function in the Powerful name of Jesus with great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. Infirmity in my body be scattered and be destroyed by Fire. I cast you out.
It is written, “And my speech and my preaching will not be with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness. My life prospers, continued prospering, and I flourish in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Prayer Points:
1. Thanks be to God for the healing power in operation through me.
2. O Lord I pray; let any sickness operating against me be destroyed in my body by Fire of the Holy Spirit.
3. I bind and loose any infirmity that My Father has not planted in me and command it to be uprooted in the name of Jesus.
4. We pray and agree for peace of God to reign in the Nations of Russia and Ukraine under war right now.
