Scripture:
Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19, NKJV).
Explanation:
Knowledge is very crucial, not only pertaining earthly things, but most importantly understanding the operation of the Spirit realm. Once you are born again, you have been given the right and the privileges of the Kingdom of God. But the authority becomes effective with knowledge, faith, and the anointing. One of the areas that a believer requires to take authority is in dealing with the spirit of poverty. The knowledge of Christ is very important. Jesus told His disciples: Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19, NKJV). The Power of God is inside of you as a believer.
Poverty keeps people in lack and perpetual financial bondage. The rich man’s wealth is his strong city; the destruction of the poor is their poverty (Proverbs 10:15).
The victim can be limited in joy, peace, and freedom of the mind.
Poverty is bad that it makes the victim prone to poverty of health.
The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly (John 10:10). The thief is the Satan and its demons that steal someone prosperity or abundance.
One of the promises of God is to raise you from poverty and make you inherit the throne of glory. He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the beggar from the ash heap, to set them among princes and make them inherit the throne of glory. “For the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, And He has set the world upon them (1 Samuel 2:8).
Even more so Jesus Christ took the place of your poverty and lack so that you might become rich. For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich (2 Corinthians 8:9). And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). You must do whatever you can through faith to fight a good fight against demonic spirit of poverty. Therefore, submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you (James 4:7). With regards to submitting to God, You must obey God with the law of giving. Give your tithes and your offering. You must plant your seed.
You must resist demon of poverty through declaration of the Word of God. Resist the devil and he shall flee from you.
Our victory was obtained by the blood of Jesus. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death (Revelation 12:11).
The Name of Jesus Christ is to be used for this authority. Therefore, God also has highly
Activate the Power in you. Decree your prosperity and success.
Thank God that the challenge is over.
Stay tune as we shall look continue further tomorrow. Remain uncommonly blessed.
