Daily Meditation, day 24 of 31 days of the month of January, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The God of mercy and favour’ – The set time for favour.
In life, there is a time for everything. As we have dry and wet season, winter and summer so also is the time appointed for a man to receive favour. However, there are situation or moment when the enemy shows up to block such opportunity. I decree and declare that now is the time for the God of Heavens to release your favour. You will arise and have mercy on Zion; For the time to favour her, Yes, the set time, has come (Psalm 102:13).
It is very interesting to know that God has always been favourable to the righteous.
And the child Samuel grew in stature, and in favour both with the Lord and men (1 Samuel 2:26).
“I was watching; and the same horn was making war against the saints, and prevailing against them, 22 until the Ancient of Days came, and a judgment was made in favour of the saints of the Most High, and the time came for the saints to possess the kingdom (Daniel 7:21-22).
