Scripture:
As for these four young men, God gave them knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom; and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams (Daniel 1:17).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 24 of 29 days of the month of February, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The wisdom of God in Daniel’.
One of the outstanding men who displayed the wisdom of God in the Bible was Daniel. Despite he and his compatriots’ circumstances of being taken as slaves in the Kingdom of Babylon, he excelled during his times. As for these four young men, God gave them knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom; and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams (Daniel 1:17).
Within this verse, Daniel was a gifted with prophetic ability by God with the following:
Supernatural wisdom
Supernatural Knowledge
Literature skills
Understanding in all visions and dreams
Then the king (Nebuchadnezzar) interviewed them, and among them all none was found like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah; therefore, they served before the king. And in all matters of wisdom and understanding about which the king examined them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers who were in all his realm (Daniel 1:19-20).
In another episode, when Daniel was brought before the King, he said: ‘I have heard of you, that the Spirit of God is in you, and that light and understanding and excellent wisdom are found in you’ (Daniel 5:14).
May you receive the wisdom of God like Daniel and the prosperity of God that will make you to succeed in life in the name of Jesus.

“I thank You and praise You, O God of my fathers; You have given me wisdom and might, and have now made known to me what we asked of You, For You have made known to us the king’s demand” (Daniel 2:23).
Let us pray today: May you experience the glory of God that brings supernatural manifestation of wisdom, healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
