Your Devotional Message for 23rd December
Scripture:
He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins (Colossians 1:13-14).
Explanation:
The power of darkness or power of the enemy or the demonic power are interchangeably used to referred to satanic powers. The power of darkness is responsible for various evil and wickedness still present in the World today as they negatively and adversely influence lives of people.The causes terrible afflictions, oppression, evils, misfortune and stagnation, destruction, and familiar poverty and many more.
In today Daily Meditation, day 23 of 30 days we will do a further expose on our new series called ‘Victory in Christ Jesus’over demonic power. The purpose of this series is to gain and apply the knowledge of the Victory purchasedby the Lord Jesus Christ over the power of darkness.But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57). We will meditate on scriptures on the victory in Christ overthe power of darkness. This is a very organized hierarchy of evil forces. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers ofthe darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12).
Jesus Christ was wounded for our sins and Transgression, His blood gave us New Covenant, and went to the bottomless pit and conquered death and delivered us from the power of darkness. Glory be to God. As Jesus Christ triumphed over the power of darkness, it is possible for the disciples to exercise authority over them through Prayers. And Jesus said to His disciples, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:18-19).

(Isaiah 14:12-15).

Today, let me challenge you that Jesus Christ has paid the price and wants you to be his disciple. If you are yet to receive Christ, do so today by repenting from all your sins and accept Jesus Christas Your Lord and saviour.

Faith Confession of the Month:
Our Father, thank you, for another day. I shall be glad and rejoice in You. Thank you for salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, and supernatural ability at work in me. And I declare boldly that I am aglow and strong in the spirit, filled with wisdom of God; and the grace of God is upon me (Luke 2:40). The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the spirit through the Word of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit. I have victoried every day of my life.
I operate with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the great power of God. It is written, “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Glory be to God!
