Your Devotional message for 22nd May 2022
Scripture:
Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith (Galatia 3:13-14).
Explanation:
A curse is an opposite of blessing or good. Literary means evil consequences have come upon the person. If a person under a curse, evil would come upon them in certain way: sickness, tragedy or evil circumstances are occurring in their lives.
The operation of a curse is an enigma as it is a mystery of one of the bases of the spiritual root of certain terrible diseases. A curse must be broken through specific prayer.
My prayer to you as you read this edition of Daily Meditation is that His healing anointing will flow through you and manifest in your life in the name of Jesus.
In today Daily Meditation, day22 of the 31days of the month of May, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating toour new series ‘God is The Healer’ -Deliverance from the Curse of the Law.

Generational curses:
Then to Adam He said, “Because you have heeded the voice of your wifeand have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying, ‘You shall not eat of it’:“Cursed is the ground for your sake;In toil you shall eat of it all the days of your life (Genesis 3:17).
Demonic curses, spells, and enchantment:
Let no one be found among you who sacrifices their son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD; because of these same detestable practices the LORD your God will drive out those nations before you (Deuteronomy 18:10-12).
Self-invoking curses – God gave the children of Israel the choice of either blessing or cursing:
Then the Lord will bring upon you and your descendants extraordinary plagues—great and prolonged plagues—and serious and prolonged sicknesses. Moreover, He will bring back on you all the diseases of Egypt, of which you were afraid, and they shall cling to you. Also every sickness and every plague, which is not written in this Book of the Law, will the Lord bring upon you until you are destroyed(Deuteronomy 28:59-61).
There is Power to redemption for breaking curses:

It is written, “And my speech and my preaching will not be with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness. My life prospers, continued prospering, and I flourish in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Prayer Points:
1. Thanks be to Godfor thefinished work on the Cross of calvary and the gift of the Holy Spirit.
2. O Lord I pray;let any curse of the law operating against me be destroyed in my body by Fire of the Holy Spirit.
3. I bind and loose anything that My Father has not planted in me and command it to be uprooted in the name of Jesus. 4. We pray and agree for peace of God to reign in the Nations of Russia and Ukraine under war right now.
