Your Devotional Message for 22nd December
Scripture:
That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying:
“He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses”(Matthew 8:17).
Explanation:
One of the crucial functions of your physical body is to remain healthy and to carry your ‘real you’, your human spirit to an old age. However, diseases come in when some people least expect to attack and render the physical body dead. This process allows the human spirit to disengage and follows the spiritual law. This understanding became real to me when the Lord spoke to me in 2017 that many of the incurable diseases have root from the spirit and gain access into the body through the human spirit.
In Today Daily Meditation, day 22 of 30 days we will do a further expose on our new series called ‘Victory in Christ Jesus’over infirmities and diseases. The purpose of this series is to gain and apply the knowledge of the Victory purchasedby the Lord Jesus Christ over infirmities.But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57). We will meditate on scriptures on the victory in Christover infirmities and diseases.
After the Israelites crossed the Red Sea, God manifested Himself to them as the Jehovah Rapha (“I am the Lord Who heals you” (Exodus 15:26). Similarly, Prophet Isaiah prophesized about the Messiah “But He was wounded for our transgressions,He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5) . During Jesus earthly ministry, the scripture was fulfilled as “When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying:“He Himself took our infirmitiesand bore our sicknesses”(Matthew 8:16-17).

Jesus gave power to His disciples to heal the sicklikewise today. And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease (Matthew 10:1). You must ensure to activate the power and grace to heal the sick when ministering to the sick.
But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you (Romans 8:11).
What a wonderful victory such whenever anointing is released by the Holy Spirit, He can heal sickness and diseases? The authority must be enforced through the Word so that Eternal life of God helpsto change mortal bodies to Life.Finally, it is important to command the demonic spirit behind incurable sickness to come out by Faith and the sick be made whole in the name of Jesus Christ.
Have you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour?
Today, let me challenge you that Jesus Christ has paid the price and wants you to be his disciple. If you are yet to receive Christ, do so today by repenting from all your sins and accept Jesus Christas Your Lord and saviour.

Faith Confession of the Month:
Our Father, thank you, for another day. I shall be glad and rejoice in You. Thank you for salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, and supernatural ability at work in me. And I declare boldly that I am aglow and strong in the spirit, filled with wisdom of God; and the grace of God is upon me (Luke 2:40). The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the spirit through the Word of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit. I have victoried every day of my life.
I operate with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the great power of God. It is written, “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Glory be to God!
