Your Devotional message for 22th June 2021
Scripture:
Then Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and news of Him went out through all the surrounding region (Luke 4:14, NKJV).
Explanation:
Today in our Daily Meditation, we will explore the Dimensions of the Great Power of God.
This is day 22 of 30 days of the Great Power of God program. In Hosea 4:6a, God said, my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. The Great Power of God is real. Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, The power and the glory, The victory, and the majesty; For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, And You are exalted as head over all (1 Chronicles 29:11). By His Great Power, God enabled the children of Israel to have walked on dry land amid the sea, and the waters. Often time I experienced His Power, it brings an unusual supernatural experience which is beyond description.
There are many Christians today, however there is one common challenge; you rarely see majority of people operating in the Power of God, nor being thought the relevance of this today to live a purposeful life. In the Scripture: Then Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and news of Him went out through all the surrounding region (Luke 4:14, NKJV). This marked the beginning of Christ’s Galilean Ministry.
There is a working of His mighty power that works inside of you by the Holy Ghost. Now to Him who can do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever Amen (Ephesians 3:20-21, NKJV). And what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come (Ephesians 1:19-21, NKJV).
Jesus told His disciples: Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19, NKJV). The Power of God is supreme over the devil. No wonder in Matthew 28:18 Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. The Power of God is inside of you as a believer. In the next 7 days we will look as 7 different operations of this great Power of God:
Power for Salvation
Power for Healings
Power for Deliverance
Power to cast out demons.
Power for Signs and Wonders
Power for wealth and Prosperity
Power through His Angelic ministry
As you can see this Great Power is a necessity to exercise the Authority of the believers over serpents and scorpions and over all power of the enemy.
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12).
The Name of Jesus Christ is to be used for this authority: Therefore, God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name, which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:9-11,NKJV).
Activate the Power in you. Decree a thing and it shall be established in the name of Jesus Christ. You must Key to these fundamental principles, study, and meditate upon the Word of God.

Thank you, Lord for the Spirit of wisdom, knowledge and understanding at work in me. It is written “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me. I operate in the great Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles and signs and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the power of God.
I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in other areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers in all my ways. Prosperity and success are
