Your Devotional message for 21st April, 2023.
Scripture:
But you must return to your God; maintain love and justice and wait for your God always (Hosea 12:6, NIV).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 21 of the 30 days of the month of April, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The Love of God’ –Your love for God.
How is your love for God? It appears that it is extremely important to emphasize that Love is a necessity as God is love. Since the beginning of this month, we have been on the Journey of studying and meditating on the topic – ‘the Love of God’. The scripture says that “Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love” (1 John 4:8).
The Lord God Almighty, the Lord is his name!But you must return to your God;maintain love and justice and wait for your God always(Hosea 12:5-6, NIV). And that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life, and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Deuteronomy 30:20).
Thanks be to God that He loves us so much that sent Jesus Christ for us that we may have access to His favour and blessing.
