Your Devotional message for 20th January 2023
Scripture:
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus (Philippians 2:5).
Explanation:
Without revelation by the Holy Spirit, it is impossible to know the specific plan and mind of God for this year. Likewise, your mind is crucial for navigating the door of success in the year and for normal functioning of the other parts of the body especially your reasoning and mentation. Your mind is the battle ground of the devil and issues of life. I thank God—through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin (Romans 7:25). Your mind is also important to serve the Law of God. Your mind is also required for renewal as you meditate on the Word of God. For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16.
In this year, “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 2:5). Thanks be to God for you have the Mind of Christ. The Holy Spirit can give you Spirit of wisdom, knowledge and understanding to be able to deal with any challenge of life, perhaps you need a direction or destination.
As you walk in the glory of the Lord, the Holy Spirit will reveal His counsel about the Promises of God, His plans, guidance, direction, instructions, and enlightenment.
In today Daily Meditation, day 20 of the 31 days of the month of December, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our new series ‘The counsel of the Lord’.
But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ (2 Corinthians 3:14).
Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life. Put away from you a deceitful mouth, and put perverse lips far from you (Proverbs 4:23-24).

I pray that His mercy and grace will preserve you and keep you in the name of Jesus. You will walk in the counsel of the Lord for your life. I pray for you that in this year the Lord shall bring to you revelation of His counsel, favour, mercy, blessing, success, and progress in the name of Jesus. Glory be to God.

Thanks be to God for my salvation, divine health, grace, glory, provision, protection, eternal life, healings, and supernatural ability at work in me. I operate in the Higher dimension of the Spirit and Power of God. I am more than a conqueror every day of my life. I function in the Powerful name of Jesus with great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. Infirmity in my body be scattered and be destroyed by Fire. I cast you out. Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). Prosperity is mine.
This month Our God, the Great Counsellor shall manifest His glory in your life in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
