Your Devotional message for 20th May 2021
Scripture:
A Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant (1 Corinthians 12:1).
Explanation:
Today we will look at Prosperity in Life through Talents and Gifts. The difference between a talent and a spiritual gift is not a visible measurement. The talent is more natural ability and can be inherited, nurtured, and developed. Whereas, to operate in Divine Spiritual Gifts of the Holy Spirit, you need to be born again. Spiritual gifts are given by the Holy Spirit, and it is used for the common good and for the work of the Church.
The Parable of the Wise and Foolish Virgins was given by Jesus Christs to highlight the importance of using one’s talents. Five were unwise and five were foolish as they went out to meet their Bridegroom. The foolish said to the wise give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; (Matthew 25:1-13).
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by [f]the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills (1 Corinthians 12:7-11).
A man’s gift makes room for him, and brings him before great men (Proverbs 18:16)
You should refrain from just believing but act on the Word of God by faith. Faith is the currency of the Kingdom of God.
The promise of God to Abraham can be an heir to anyone who is in Christ Jesus: I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed” (Genesis 12:2-3).
To receive prosperity in life, you must access, receive, and take your gift or talent by faith. You speak the Word without doubt. You must speak that enterprise idea in you or business into existence. As an entrepreneur, begin to see changes in your business and see your finances increasing in respective of the odd. You must Key to these fundamental principles, study, and meditate upon the Word of God.

Confession:
The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit man, soul, and body. I obey and serve my God of Heaven, I shall spend my days in prosperity, and my years in pleasures (Job 36:11, NKJV). Then Isaac sowed in that land and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous; I prosper in my health even as my soul prospers in all my ways and have good success daily, monthly and all years to the Glory of God in the name of Jesus. I reject sickness and diseases. I bind Spirit of infirmity. I declare that no devil is permitted to attack my body as the Word of God gives me Divine health and healing. From today I declare my victory and protection through the Blood of Jesus in the name of Jesus.
