Your Devotional message for 19th May 2022
Scripture:
But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—He said to the man who was paralyzed, “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house” (Luke 5:24).
Explanation:
When Adam succumbed to temptation of the devil, the entire human race fell short of the glory of God. This means that man became a sinner due to the offence and sin against God. This has significant eternal consequences not only to the physical body, but the violation of His Law brought condemnation and curses to man spirit resulting into death. Thanks be to Jesus who brought us Eternal life. Jesus Christ demonstrated the requirement for forgiveness of sins and the importance to forgive sins over healing when he met the paralytic man by the Son of Man who has the Power to forgive sins on earth (Luke 5:17-26).
My prayer to you as you read this edition of Daily Meditation is that His healing anointing will flow through you and manifest in your life in the name of Jesus.
In today Daily Meditation, day 19 of the 31 days of the month of May, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our new series ‘God is The Healer’ -The fall of man and forgiveness of sins.
Here are the scriptures on the fall of man and forgiveness of sins:
When He saw their faith, He said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you”(Luke 5:20).
But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—He said to the man who was paralyzed, “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house” (Luke 5:24).
Devil deceived Evil through deception to disobey God’s instruction leading to Generational sins:
“You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” (Genesis 3:4-5).
So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken (Genesis 3:24).
Redemption for sins became necessary:
Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned (Romans 5:12).
For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins (Matthew 26:28).
We will continue the knowledge of Divine healings tomorrow.

I function in the Powerful name of Jesus with great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. Infirmity in my body be scattered and be destroyed by Fire. I cast you out.
It is written, “And my speech and my preaching will not be with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness. My life prospers, continued prospering, and I flourish in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Prayer Points:
1. Thanks be to God for the finished work on the Cross of Calvary and the gift of the Holy Spirit.
2. O Lord I pray; let the power of sins and death on my life be broken over my life.
3. I call upon the Holy Ghost and Fire, I bind and loose anything that My Father has not planted in me and command it to be uprooted in the name of Jesus.
4. We pray and agree for peace of God to reign in the Nations of Russia and Ukraine under war right now.
