The law of Faith
The law of Faith

Your Devotional message for 19th June 2021

Scripture:
By faith they passed through the Red Sea as by dry land, whereas the Egyptians, attempting to do so, were drowned (Hebrews 11:29).
Explanation:
Today in our Daily Meditation, we will explore the Law of Faith in the operation of the Great Power of God. It is interesting that today is day 19 of 30 days of the Great Power of God. We discussed yesterday that although faith is important, but love is the greatest compared to faith and hope. And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love (1 Corinthians 13:13). To operate in the power of God, you must love God as well as your neighbor. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16). Faith is the currency of the Kingdom.
And what more shall I say? For the time would fail me to tell of Gideon and Barak and Samson and Jephthah, also of David and Samuel and the prophets: who through faith subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, became valiant in battle, turned to fight the armies of the aliens (Hebrews 11:32-34, NKJV). God is a faithful because He operates by Faith. We will now discuss more on the Law of faith.
The Law of faith
Faith is actualized only by the Word of God:
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible (Hebrews 11:1-3). God has provided His Word from the book of Genesis to Revelation. God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? (Numbers 23:19).
Faith is acting on the promises of God:
Faith is not completely the same as believe. Do you know that Demons believe that God exist? Faith goes beyond believing. For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness” (Romans 4:3, NKJV). Abraham did not operate by works but by Faith. Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the law of faith (Romans 3:27). He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God (Romans 4:20).
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6).
You must hold on to God’s promises.
Faith increases by the Knowledge by the Word of God and by saying:
Jesus Christ spoke about faithless generation, small faith, great faith. So, Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God.  For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says (Mark 11:22-23).
Faith is the currency of the Kingdom of God. To receive the promises of God in life, you must access, receive, and take it by faith. You speak the Word without doubt. You must Key to these fundamental principles, study, and meditate upon the Word of God.
Stay tune as we shall continue further tomorrow. Remain uncommonly blessed.
In the Month of June 2021, do not miss any day as we will be exploring ‘Operating in the realm of God’s power.’
Faith Confession for Power:
Thank you, Lord for the Spirit of wisdom, knowledge and understanding at work in me. It is written “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me. I operate in the great Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles and signs and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the power of God.
I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in other areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers in all my ways. Prosperity and success are mine to the Glory of God in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Glory be to God.
Further Reading scriptures to meditate:
So, Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you (Matthew 17:20)
