Your Devotional message for 17th June, 2023.
Scripture:
“While the earth remains, Seed time and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and summer, and day and night Shall not cease” (Genesis 8:22).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 17 of the 30 days of the month of June, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The God that answers prayers’ –By His mercy.
There are both spiritual and physical laws that guide the earth. The spiritual laws obviously control the physical. Similarly, prayer is calling the God of heavens to intervene in the affair of men or the earth. “While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and summer, and day and night Shall not cease” (Genesis 8:22).
You shall eat the old harvest and clear out the old because of the new (Leviticus 26:10).
Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few (Matthew 9:37).
Therefore, pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest”(Matthew 9:37).Jesus thought His disciples that the parable of the wheat and tares. How does the tares grow with the seed.
Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them but gather the wheat into my barn” (Matthew 13:30).
Here are further scriptures:
He delivered them into the hands of the Gibeonites, and they hanged them on the hill before the Lord. So they fell, all seven together, and were put to death in the days of harvest, in the first days, in the beginning of barley harvest (2 Samuel 21:9).

Today, let me encourage you that Jesus Christ came for your salvation and to give you freely Eternal life. If you are yet to receive Christ, do so today by repentance from all your sins and confess Jesus Christ as Your Lord and saviour.
I pray with you today, may you experience a supernatural manifestation of healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
