Your Devotional message for 17th February 2023
Scripture:
For You have broken the yoke of his burden and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Midian (Isaiah 9:4).
Explanation:
The Holy Spirit is the Lord of Hosts (Yahweh Sabaoth) over the Heavenly hosts – His army, but also the mighty Deliverer. He is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. One of the demonic schemes over the life of people is evil yoke. For You have broken the yoke of his burden and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Midian (Isaiah 9:4). Thanks be to Jesus Christ Who have given the authority in the life of a believer, you must break every yoke of poverty, limitation, failure, stagnation, sickness, and diseases through effective and fervent prayers with fasting.
“Is this not the fast that I have chosen: to lose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke? (Isaiah 58:6).
He (Jesus Christ) has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love (Colossians 1:13).
May His presence bring His deliverance, healings, His glory, His power, His works and Acts, His Word and Peace.
In today Daily Meditation, day 17 of the 28 days of the month of February, we will study and meditate on these scriptures relating to our new series ‘The Lord of Hosts’.

It shall come to pass in that day that his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, and his yoke from your neck, and the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil (Isaiah 10:27).
Jesus Christ said: Come to Me, all you who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light” (Matthew 11:28-29).

That I will break the Assyrian in My land, And on My mountains tread him underfoot. Then his yoke shall be removed from them, and his burden removed from their shoulders (Isaiah 14:25).
I pray for you that in this year the Lord shall bring to you revelation of His counsel, favour, mercy, blessing, success, and progress in the name of Jesus. Glory be to God.

Infirmity in my body be scattered and be destroyed by Fire. I cast you out. Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). Prosperity is mine.
This month Our God, the Great Counsellor shall manifest His glory in your life in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
