Scriptures:
For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ (John 1:17).
Explanation:
We have been studying one of the crucial topics that must be your contemplation always is the Awesome Kingdom of God and Jesus Christ as the Lamb upon the throne. From the time of Noah till today, people have found and obtained grace in the sight of God who is the King of the Kingdom. We serve a Mighty God with awesome splendour, powerful acts and full of grace and glory.
In today Daily Meditation, day 17 of 28 days, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating toour new series the ‘The Kingdom of God’-The Grace of the Lord.
For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17).
The grace of God was upon Jesus as he did not function wholly as the Son of God but as the Son of man:
And the Child grew and became strong in spirit, filled with wisdom; and the grace of God was upon Him (Luke 2:40).
Moses knew the importance of Grace of God when the Lord talked to Moses face to face about the stiff neck of the people of Israel. “Then Moses said to the Lord, “See, You say to me, ‘Bring up this people.’ But You have not let me know whom You will send with me. Yet You have said, ‘I know you by name, and you have also found grace in My sight.’ Now therefore, I pray, if I have found grace in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may know You and that I may find grace in Your sight. And consider that this nation is Your people.”(Exodus 33:12-13).
Here are a few scriptures on the grace of God:
Jesus was full of grace and truth:
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth (John 1:14).
Jesus has the fullness of God and His grace:
And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace (John 1:16).
And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all.
But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they (Acts 15:11)
Thanks be to God for His fullness and grace and so we have His victory.
Have you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour?
Today, let me challenge you that Jesus Christ came for your salvation and to give you freely Eternal life. If you are yet to receive Christ, do so today by repentance from all your sins and confessJesus Christ as Your Lord and saviour.
Glory be to God!
In the Month of February, stay connected as we will study and meditate on ‘The Kingdom of God’
Faith Confession of the Month:
Our Father, thank you for my salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, eternal life, and supernatural ability at work in me. The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the Power of the Holy Spirit. I am more than a conqueror every day of my life.
Thy Kingdom come and Your will be done in my life as it is in Heaven. I operate with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. It is written, “And my speech and my preaching will not be with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. My life is prospering, flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Prayer Points:
1. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for thegrace of the Lord.
2. I received the fullness of God, and grace for grace 3.I am a receiver of the showers of blessing of the Lord that make rich in the name of Jesus Christ.
