Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 16 of 31 days of the month of May we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The grace of God’ – Grace and truth.
Jesus Christ was not only full of grace and truth, but He came to give us abundance of grace and truth. The truth is an essential spiritual ingredient for salvation and freedom. The truth will set you free form all issues of life. No wonder the scripture says that “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free2 (John 8:32).
For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ (John 1:17).
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth (John 1:14).
Of this salvation the prophets have inquired and searched carefully, who prophesied of the grace that would come to you, searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ who was in them was indicating when He testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow (1 Peter 1:10-11).
May you receive the abundance of grace that brings forth healings to your body, deliverance, and the prosperity of your soul so that you will be distinguished in life in the name of Jesus.
