Your Devotional message for 16th August 2022
Scripture:
Remember me, O Lord, with the favour You have toward Your people. Oh, visit me with Your salvation (Psalm 106:4).
Explanation:
In today’s Daily Meditation, day 16 of the 31 days of the month of July, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The exceedingly great promise of God’ – The favour of the Lord.
Today let us explore and meditate on another exceedingly great promise of God to His children or disciples in the favour of the Lord. The favour of God is a driver to a successful living. We must obtain favour in the sight of God by faith and ask God to make you find favour in the sight of man. The favour of God is more than treasures. A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches, Loving favour rather than silver and gold (Proverbs 22:1).How much better to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver (Proverbs 16:16).
Here are a few of the other scriptures expounding on seeking the favour of God:
Jacob sought favour from God:
Yes, he struggled with the Angel and prevailed; He wept and sought favour from Him.
He found Him in Bethel, and there He spoke to us (Hosea 12:4).
Moses Pleaded for favour of God:
Then Moses pleaded with ]the Lord his God, and said: “Lord, why does Your wrath burn hot against Your people whom You have brought out of the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand? (Exodus 32:11).
“But now entreat God’s favour, That He may be gracious to us. While this is being done by your hands, Will He accept you favourably?” Says the Lord of hosts (Malachi 1:9).
Have you ever felt so weak and lifeless or perhaps you came under the attack of the wicked ones. Remember that you are not alone. I am sure that other great men of God has come in battle with the wicked ones. But one thing is certain, the Lord will give strength according to the prayer of Paul:
That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man (Ephesians 3:16).
God can ordained strength:
It is God who arms me with strength, And makes my way perfect (Psalm 18:32).
For You have armed me with strength for the battle; You have subdued under me those who rose up against me (psalm 18:32).
Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have ordained strength, Because of Your enemies, That You may silence the enemy and the avenger (Psalm 8:2).
Strengthen the weak hands, And make firm the feeble knees (Isaiah 35:3)
The Word of God shall visit your life with His revelation in the names of Jesus Christ.

Thanks be to God for my salvation, divine health, grace, glory, provision, protection, eternal life, healings, and supernatural ability at work in me. With the help of the Anointing of God, I operate in the Higher dimension of the Spirit and Power of God. I am more than a conqueror every day of my life. I function in the Powerful name of Jesus with great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. Infirmity in my body be scattered and be destroyed by Fire. I cast you out. Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness. I have the Anointing therefore I prosper, I continue prospering, until I become very prosperous. I flourish in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

1. Thanks be to God for granting us Divine health shall be your portion.
2. My Father in this month, I decree and declare that I receive power, riches, and wisdom,
and strength, honour, glory, and blessing.
3. We pray and agree for peace of God to reign in the Nations of Russia and Ukraine under war right now.
