Your Devotional message for 16th May 2022
Scripture:
And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved (Acts 2:21).
Explanation:
Jesus Christ instructed us to use His name in prayer, for healings, deliverance signs and wonders. Jesus Christ gave us the privilege to use His name as the occasion demands. What a Wonderful name is Jesus!
My prayer to you as you read this edition of Daily Meditation is that His healing anointing will flow through you and manifest in your life in the name of Jesus.
In today Daily Meditation, day16of the 31days of the month of May, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating toour new series ‘God is The Healer’ -The Authority in the Name of Jesus.
Here are the scriptures on the Authority in the Name of Jesus
And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover” (Mark 16: 17-18).
The Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth is highly exalted in the heavenly:
Therefore, God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name, which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:9-11, NKJV).
Jesus Christ instructed His disciples to use His name:
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age” Amen. (Matthew 28: 18-20, NKJV).
The disciples did many healings and miracles through the Name of Jesus:
Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” (Acts 3:6).
Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven (James 5:14).

It is written, “And my speech and my preaching will not be with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness. My life prospers, continued prospering, and I flourish in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

2. O Lord I pray;let the Power of Your Resurrection flow to heal me of any infirmity.
3. I call upon the Holy Ghost and Fire, I bind and loose anything that My Father has not planted in me and command it to be uprooted in the name of Jesus. 4. We pray and agree for peace of God to reign in the Nations of Russia and Ukraine under war right now.
