The laws of prosperity part 2
The laws of prosperity part 2

Your Devotional message for 15th May 2021

Scripture:
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you (Matthew 7:7, NKJV).
Explanation;
Our Daily Meditation for this month is a continuation of yesterday message. We highlighted that the physical laws that operate within the earth for instance the Law of gravity is very important. These physical laws are indisputable and are already proven to exist. So likewise, are the spiritual laws that governs prosperity. These are prevailing and controlling spiritual laws and influence many aspects of our human life and prosperity. It is very easy to ignore or dismiss that these spiritual laws do not exist. The reality of their consequences cannot be overlooked because although life appears physical, they are under the opposing Kingdom of God and that of the devil, so Life is spiritual. In this context, we will discuss 2 spiritual laws that influence prosperity and wealth further.
The Law of giving
God gives the Power to get wealth:
“And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day” (Deuteronomy 8:18). God wants us to know that without Him, truth prosperity may be like a vapor or the chasing of the wind. God gives us His blessings, grace, prosperity, and the Holy Spirit.
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God (1 Corinthians 2:12).
And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning, and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts (Revelation 21:6).
In return, God expect us to give back part of our possession back to Him including the gifts, talents, time to fellowship, giving to churches, tithes, offering and donations to others less privileged. Whatever, you are giving you must give back as an art of Love and gratitude to God. This is what Jesus Christ said that “Freely you have received, freely give” (Matthew 10:8, NKJV).
The Law of asking
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you (Matthew 7:7, NKJV). As God is the giver of all things in life, He expects His children to ask of Him.
In the case of Samuel, His mother asked him from the Lord. So, it came to pass in the process of time that Hannah conceived and bore a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, “Because I have asked for him from the Lord (1 Samuel 1:20)
Let see what happened to Solomon.
When the Lord appeared to Solomon at Gibeon in a dream by night; and God said, “Ask! What shall I give you?” (1 Kings 3:5, NKJV). And I have also given you what you have not asked: both riches and honor, so that there shall not be anyone like you among the kings all your days (1 King 3:13, NKJV).
Concerning the Law of asking, Jesus Christ expected us to ask. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.  If you ask anything in My name, I will do it (John 14:13-14).
Key to these fundamental principles, study and meditate upon the Word of God.
I will recommend you to read the book called 33 Irrevocable Laws of Wealth Creation written by Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo.
Stay tune as we shall look continue further tomorrow. Remain uncommonly blessed.
Confession:
The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit man, soul, and body. I prosper in my health even as my soul prospers in all my ways and have good success daily, monthly and all years to the Glory of God in the name of Jesus. I reject sickness and diseases. I bind Spirit of infirmity. I declare that no devil is permitted to attack my body as the Word of God gives me Divine health and healing. From today I declare my victory and protection through the Blood of Jesus in the name of Jesus.
Further Reading scriptures to meditate:
For this reason, we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding (Colossians 1:9).
