Scripture:
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 14 of 31 days of the month of July we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The light of God’ – Let your light so shine.
It is very interesting to know that while God is your light and He gives and sends light, he has conferred the responsibility upon you to let that light upon you to shine, and to shine continually. There are ways to make the light shine through study and meditating on the Word of God and though prayers. The light is needed to overcome darkness against your life.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).
Oh, send out Your light and Your truth! Let them lead me; Let them bring me to Your holy hill And to Your tabernacle (Psalms 43:3).
“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:14-16).
Glory be to God.
May you receive the abundance of light of God that brings forth transformation and restoration to issues caused by darkness in your life and you will be distinguished in life in the name of Jesus.
