Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 14 of 30 days of the month of September, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The Light of God’ – The Light of Your Countenance.
In today’s Daily Meditation, we explore the relevance of understanding the Light of God’s Countenance as in the scriptures. Countenance may mean appearance or shape and figure. Surely God is the Owner of the Light of countenance. We learned that His lightnings light the world; The earth sees and trembles (Psalm 97:4). There are many who say, “Who will show us any good?” Lord, lift up the light of Your countenance upon us (Psalm 4:6). Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; For I shall yet praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God (Psalm 43:5)
For they did not gain possession of the land by their own sword, Nor did their own arm save them; But it was Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance, Because You favoured them (Psalm 44:3).
I pray with you that in any area of your life where you need manifestation of God, may the Lord arise with His light and mercy and bring you manifestation in the name of Jesus Christ.
