Your Devotional message for 14th November 2022
Scripture:
Then the Spirit took me up and brought me in a vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to those in captivity. And the vision that I had seen went up from me (Ezekiel 11:24).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 14of the 30 days of the month ofNovember, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series‘The Encounter with the Spirit’.
Today we will continue our daily meditation (DM) on the encounter with the Spirit of God through dream or vision. One of the ways God speaks to His people is vision or dream. Example of these encounters was by Ezekiel. Then the Spirit took me up and brought me in a vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to those in captivity. And the vision that I had seen went up from me (Ezekiel 11:24).
Jacob’s encounter with God:
So Israel took his journey with all that he had, and came to Beersheba, and offered sacrifices to the God of his father Isaac. Then God spoke to Israel in the visions of the night, and said, “Jacob, Jacob!”And he said, “Here I am.”(Genesis 46:1-2).
Zechariah’s vision of the horns:
Then I raised my eyes and looked, and there were four horns. 19 And I said to the angel who talked with me, “What are these?”
So he answered me, “These are the [f]horns that have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.”

Then it happened, when I, Daniel, had seen the vision and was seeking the meaning, that suddenly there stood before me one having the appearance of a man. 16 And I heard a man’s voice between the banks of the Ulai, who called, and said, “Gabriel, make this man understand the vision.” (Daniel 8:15-16).
Then the Lord answered me and said:“Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.Though it tarries, wait for it;Because it will surely come,It will not tarry (Habakkuk 2:2-3)
My prayer to you is thatthe Lord God will do great wonders in your life today that will make your enemies tremble in Jesus’ name. Amen

Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). Prosperity is mine.
This month I shall have an encounter with the Spirit of Lord that will catapult me into my ordained destiny.I flourish in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
