If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him (James 1:5).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 14 of 29 days of the month of February, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘Ask for wisdom’.
You might be asking yourself that How do I increase in Divine wisdom? The word of God is the wisdom of God and God is the source of Divine wisdom.
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore, get wisdom and in all your getting, get understanding (Proverbs 4:7). The Lord by wisdom founded the earth; By understanding He established the heavens (Proverbs 3:19).
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways (James 1:5-8).
Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom (James 3:13).
Happy is the man who finds wisdom, And the man who gains understanding (Proverbs 3:13).
May you receive the wisdom of God and the prosperity of God that will make you to succeed in life in the name of Jesus.
