Your Devotional message for 13th April, 2023.
Scripture:
As for the Almighty, we cannot find Him; He is excellent in power, in judgment and abundant justice; He does not oppress (Job 37:23).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 13 of the 30 days of the month of April, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The Love of God’ – God gives justice.
One of the personalities of Our God is that God is love. His Kingdom is full of expression of Love, joy, peace, and righteousness in the Holy Spirit. To do righteousness and justice Is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice (Proverbs 21:3). The Spirit of the Lord spoke through Prophet Isaiah about Jesus Christ: “Behold! My Servant whom I have chosen, My Beloved in whom My soul is well pleased! I will put My Spirit upon Him,
And He will declare justice to the Gentiles (Matthew 12:18).
Job was a righteous man who was greatest during his era but was attacked by the devil. In His reflection, he realised and said: As for the Almighty, we cannot find Him; He is excellent in power, in judgment and abundant justice; He does not oppress (Job 37:23).
He will bring justice to the poor of the people; He will save the children of the needy and will break in pieces the oppressor (Psalm 72:4).
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God (1 John 4:7).
