Biblical text:
Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt (Exodus 12:13).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 13 of 30 days of the month of November, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The blood of Jesus Christ’ – Provides trouble free life.
The use of blood as a sign of exoneration from evil was practised over the ages. However, the blood of Jesus Christ put an end to sacrificial offering of animals for protection and remission of sins. The blood was a symbol when the agent of death passed through the land of Egypt. Much more when we called upon the blood of Jesus Christ. Likewise, we come to the throne of God, grace and mercy are available. God’s mercy contains redemption, forgiveness of sins, benevolence and kindness.
Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt (Exodus 12:13).
For the Lord will pass through to strike the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the Lord will pass over the door and not allow the destroyer to come into your houses to strike you (Exodus 12:23).
Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil (Hebrews 2:14).

Let us pray today: May you experience the fullness of God’s blessing that brings supernatural manifestation of wisdom, healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
