Explanation:
In today, day 12 of 31 days of the Daily Meditation, on this series of the Grace and Mercy of God we will explore the Great grace for the works of God. The purpose of this series is ushering us to a deeper study on the knowledge of God regarding Grace and Mercy. We will examine the Great grace for the works of God. I pray that the Grace and Mercy of God will be multiplied to you in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. After the Pentecost, the Holy Spirit came upon the apostles, and they gave witness to the Resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ with accompanying miracles, healings, signs and wonders. And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all. (Acts 4:33).
Here are a few of the scriptures expounding on the Great grace for the works of God.
And through the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people. And they were all with one accord in Solomon’s Porch (Acts 5:12).
And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and signs among the people (Acts 6:8).
Apostles at Iconium
Therefore, they stayed there a long time, speaking boldly in the Lord, who was bearing witness to the word of His grace, granting signs and wonders to be done by their hands (Acts 14:3).
Apostles at Antioch
When he came and had seen the grace of God, he was glad, and encouraged them all that with purpose of heart they should continue with the Lord (Acts 11:23).
The word of His grace
“So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified (Acts 20:32).
That the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel, of which I became a minister according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the effective working of His power (Ephesians 3:6-7).
Finally, you must grow in the grace by the Word of God:
But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18).
Are you facing temptation or challenges of life and has been told there is no solution?
Then you need the grace of God as a gift of His divine ability to work things out for you. “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need” (Hebrews 4:16).
If you are yet to receive Christ Jesus, do so today and repent from all your sins and make Him the Lord of your life.
Thanks be to God for His fullness, grace and His victory. Glory be to God!
Stay tune as we shall continue further tomorrow. Remain uncommonly blessed.
In the Month of August 2021, do not miss any day as we will be exploring ‘The Grace and Mercy of God’
Faith Confession for Grace and Power:
Our Father, Thank you, for another day. I shall be glad and rejoice in You. Thank you for salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, and supernatural enablement. And I declare boldly that I am aglow and strong in the spirit, filled with wisdom of God; and the grace of God is upon me (Luke 2:40). The Holy Spirit is my Senior Teacher and Partner.
It is written, “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I operate with the great Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles and signs and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. I am manifesting the great power of God.
I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. I prosper in my spirit, soul, and body. My life is flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Glory be to God!
Further Reading scriptures to meditate:
I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain” (Galatians 2:21).
