Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 12 of 31 days of the month of January, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The God of mercy and favour’ – “In wrath remember mercy”.
The God, Almighty is a jealous God. God is against people serving other gods. Bible tells us that the day of the wrath of God exist. This is an avenue for His Judgement. The mercy of God can exonerate someone from judgement.
What if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction (Romans 9:22).
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness (Romans 1:18).
Let us meditate on these scriptures:
