Scripture:
The sight of the glory of the Lord was like a consuming fire on the top of the mountain in the eyes of the children of Israel (Exodus 24:17).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 12 of 30 days of the month of April we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘Our God is a consuming fire’ – Fire in your sight.
How insightful and wonderful will it be to experience that encounter the glorious fire? We are still on the act of meditation on the chosen topic ‘Our God is a consuming Fire.’ This was the encounter of the people of Israel in the Wilderness under the Leadership of Moses and at the day of Pentecost. God is not done with this generation.
The sight of the glory of the Lord was like a consuming fire on the top of the mountain in the eyes of the children of Israel (Exodus 24:17).
And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night (Exodus 13:21).
At the day Pentecost received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and Fire. The disciples were endued with power from on high:
Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance (Acts 2:3-4).
And of the angels He says: “Who makes His angels spirits and His ministers a flame of fire.” (Hebrews 1:7).
May you receive the Fire of God that brings healings to your body, deliverance, and the prosperity of your soul so that you will be distinguished in life in the name of Jesus.

‘The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘And in this place, I will give peace,’ says the Lord of hosts.” (Hagai 2:9).
Let us pray today: May you experience the fullness of God that brings supernatural manifestation of wisdom, healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
