The Armor of God
The Armor of God

Your Devotional message for 11th June 2021

Scripture:
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-11).
Explanation:
If you are joining us for the first time, you have come to a forum that will impart you with the knowledge to operate in the great Power of God in our today Daily Meditation, Day 11 of the 30 days of the Great Power of God, by doing an expose on the Armor of God.
Have you thought about a soldier going to war without preparation, and usage of defensive and offensive armors? I read about their training and preparation and even the use of strategy to win over their enemies. Satan and his demons are trickery and use different schemes to launch attacks on their identified victims. Often, as a believer the Spiritual warfare is spiritual through the spiritual realms against Satan and his schemes. The mind is the gateway, but all that the Satan can attack. For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.  For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled (2 Corinthians 10:3-6).
Although, the mind is the gateway of deceptive schemes of Satan, however, activities of Satan go beyond the minds. Satan can launch attacks through different schemes on the spirit, soul, and body. The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly (John 10:10). Satan and demons are responsible for the evil and wickedness including bondages and afflictions that several people go through in life.
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-11).
Why do we need these?
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12, NKJV).

What are these armor?
Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which, you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel (Ephesians 6:13-19, NKJV).

Study the Word of God, meditate upon the Word, and Confess the Word. Apply and confess the power in the Blood of Jesus and the Name of Jesus Christ.
Pray fervently that the schemes of the devil be destroyed, altars and evil spirits behind issues be arrested by Fire of God in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Stay tune as we shall continue further tomorrow. Remain uncommonly blessed.
In the Month of June 2021, do not miss any day as we will be exploring ‘Operating in the realm of God’s power.’
