Scripture:
Therefore, thus says the Lord God of hosts: “Because you speak this word, Behold, I will make My words in your mouth fire, And this people wood, And it shall devour them (Jeremiah 5:14).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 11 of 30 days of the month of April we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘Our God is a consuming fire’ – My words in your mouth fire.
We are still on the act of meditation on the chosen topic ‘Our God is a consuming Fire.’ The Lord told Prophet Jeremiah that His words in his mouth is like fire.
During his call as a prophet the hand of the Lord touched his mouth:
Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me: “Behold, I have put My words in your mouth (Jeremiah 1:9).
Therefore, thus says the Lord God of hosts: “Because you speak this word, Behold, I will make My words in your mouth fire, And this people wood, And it shall devour them (Jeremiah 5:14).
At the day Pentecost received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and Fire. The disciples were endued with power from on high:
Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance (Acts 2:3-4).
And of the angels He says: “Who makes His angels spirits and His ministers a flame of fire.” (Hebrews 1:7).
And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power (1 Corinthians 2:24).
May you receive the Fire of God that brings healings to your body, deliverance, and the prosperity of your soul so that you will be distinguished in life in the name of Jesus.

Let us pray today: May you experience the fullness of God that brings supernatural manifestation of wisdom, healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!

Behold, I take authority over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19).
