Scripture:
The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him, the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord (Isaiah 11:2).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 10 of 30 days of the month of November, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our series ‘The Lord of Lords’’ – The Spirit of the Lord.
It is impossible to speak of the Lord, without The Spirit of the Lord because the Lord and His Spirit are inseparable. One of the mysteries of God that Jesus portrayed to us is the manifestation of the Spirit of the Lord. Jesus Christ during His earthly ministry was full of these Seven Spirits without measure.
A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; rom his roots a Branch will bear fruit. The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him, the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord, and he will delight in the fear of the Lord. He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes or decide by what he hears with his ears (Isaiah 11:1-3).
And from the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire were burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God (Revelation 4:5).
May you receive the dimension of the glory of God that will make you to reign in life in the name of Jesus.
