Scriptures:
Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you (Luke 17:20-21).
Explanation:
We studied yesterday that the Kingdom of God or Kingdom of Heavens from the beginning is a mystery that cannot be understood by either scientific or natural method. The Kingdom of God is that where God is the King, and He exercises rulership from Heavens on Earth.
In today Daily Meditation, day 10 of 28 days, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating toour new series the ‘The Kingdom of God’-The Kingdom of God iswithin you.
Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you (Luke 17:20-21).
After you are born again and receive Christ as your Lord and Saviour there is a measure of Holy Spirit that resides within you. The totality of His invisible Kingdom dwells in you. This is the beginning of the Kingdom of God is within you.
Christ in you, the hope of glory:
The mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints. To them God willed to make known what the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles are: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:26-27).
What does the scripture say?
For the kingdom of God is not in word but in power (1 Corinthians 4:20).
For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17).
As you meditate on the mystery of the Kingdom of God or Kingdom of Heavens, may you experience the Power of God that brings healing, wealth, deliverance, and prosperity to your life today in the name of Jesus Christ.
Have you received Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour?
Today, let me challenge you that Jesus Christ came for your salvation and to give you freely Eternal life. If you are yet to receive Christ, do so today by repentance from all your sins and confessJesus Christ as Your Lord and saviour.
Glory be to God!
In the Month of February, stay connected as we will study and meditate on ‘The Kingdom of God’
Faith Confession of the Month:
Our Father, thank you for my salvation, divine health, grace and glory, provision, protection, eternal life, and supernatural ability at work in me. The Holy Spirit is my Senior Partner. I operate in the Higher dimension of the Power of the Holy Spirit. I am more than a conqueror every day of my life.
Thy Kingdom come and Your will be done in my life as it is in Heaven. I operate with the great grace and Mighty Power of God for His great works – Healings, miracles, signs, and wonders. The word of God is in my mouth and as I meditate, it permeates to the deep part of my Spirit, soul, and body. It is written, “And my speech and my preaching will not be with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Corinthians 2:4). Behold, I receive the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me (Luke 10:19). I rule over Satan and his cohort of darkness with the Fire of the Holy Ghost. My life is prospering, flourishing in all areas of life as well as my health even as my soul prospers. Success, wealth, financial abundance and victory are mine in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Prayer Points:
1. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for the Spirit of wisdom and Revelation at work in me.
2. I plug myself to greater Power of the Lord and great grace is upon me. 3.The showers of blessing of the Lord that make rich come upon me in the name of Jesus Christ.
